‘ILL’ JOBS WE’VE HAD/WORKED AT
DAVISVILLE LIBRARY
HILLMAN PAPER ROUTE
PICNIC GRILL
SAW MILL
Norma works periodically at the DAVISVillE LIBRARY, although with the current bridge situation she probably tries to limit that big commute. Many of the siblings, as touched on in earlier puzzles, delivered newspapers (HillMAN PAPER ROUTE). Jan and Bev worked at the PICNIC GRill. Tommy worked at the SAWMill furniture store on Ten Rod Road.

NURSERY RHYMEY JOBS WE HAVE/HAVE HAD
BUTCHER
BAKER
SUBMARINE-MAKER
ORDER-TAKER
Orran works at Dave’s Fresh Marketplace as a BUTCHER. Jen worked for many years as a BAKER. Norma worked for Electric Boat so I’m calling her a SUBMARINE-MAKER. An alternate rhyme to replace “candlestick maker” is ORDER-TAKER which could apply the various family members that have worked in restaurants as part of waitstaff, or Karen as an order-taker at the Sears catalog store, or family members that served in the military.
HIGH SCHOOL CLUBS/PROGRAMS
DRAMA
CLOSE-UP
HISTORY
COMPUTER
I collectively grouped all the NKHS theater/drama groups under the label of “DRAMA” as there have been several iterations and variations of organization’s name over the years. Some productions, such as Pipin, in 2010 were done by the music department. Bean was involved in that production on the tech side of things. Sarah and Mike participated in NKHS productions and have been covered in previous puzzles.
Bean participated in the week-long trip to see government in action – aka PROJECT CLOSE-UP during her junior year (my best guess) of high school. Michael also belonged to the HISTORY and COMPUTER clubs in high school.

THINGS FOUND AT ANCHOR GYMNASTICS
TUMBLERS
BARS THAT ARE NOT EVEN
VENDING MACHINE
FLASH MOB DANCERS
So hand to my heart, I had this grouping together before Saturday’s party. Well, I didn’t have the FLASH MOB DANCERS in my grouping but I had the group and swapped the dancers in after the party. But yes, other than those fabulous dancers, Anchor Gymnastics is often loaded with TUMBLERS during class hours. When the boisterous lot is back home the uneven parallel bars (BARS THAT ARE UNEVEN) and a VENDING MACHINE remain.
Photos below are of the vending machine with Q-Stix package (from a 48 Hour Film Project Production) and a still image of a flash mob practice session.

Nancy thank you for this! I have enjoyed this so much!!! I didn’t get all of them but when I finally went to look at the answers I was mad with myself cuz I should have been able to!!! I knew it was jobs but having trouble getting the right grouping!
Ha! I realize now the word “job” was dropped from my grouping name.
Hey, someone that was part of the flash mob — when did you come up with this/start practicing?
The flash mob idea was born in early November in a thread with me and Megan J and Amber.
Meg sent a discreetly, politically loaded shirt and joked she had found the cousin shirt for the party. Someone sent a viral Christmas dance video and the idea was born.
Amber went up to Littleton in mid November and choreographed the dance with Abbie and Ellie and shared a video so we could all practice on our own. Group practice and final choreography tweaks were made Black Friday at the gym. And I can’t speak for everyone else but I have been practicing on my since then for fear of forgetting the dance. Lol
Fun puzzle. I got none but still fun.
My Meg also did Project Close-Up junior year of high school!
Thanks for the info Sarah!
The flash mob was awesome!
I don’t think I knew Megan did Project Close-up.
